Weiss Enters 17th Annual Indiana Icebreaker at Brownstown

Ricky Weiss resumed action with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) on Saturday evening at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) for the 17th Annual Indiana Icebreaker.

A stout field of forty-five entries converged on the historic 1/4 mile oval. Ricky failed to make the transfer into the $10,000-to-win main event via heat race action, and struggles in the b-main forced him to take an LOLMDS Emergency Provisional to secure the 26th starting spot on the grid. During the course of 50 lap feature despite passing being difficult, Weiss advanced three positions to a 23rd place finish at the checkered flag.
