Ricky Weiss Returns to Action at Smoky Mountain

Piloting Vic Hill’s #1 Super Late Model, Ricky Weiss returned to action on Saturday night traveling to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series (WoO) sanctioned event. In a stacked field of forty-five Super Late Models, Weiss posted the fourth fastest time in his group of twenty-two cars. Scoring a 3rd place finish in his heat, Ricky secured his spot into the Mountain Outlaw 50 A-Main. Starting in 12th, Ricky Weiss fell one spot in to the 50-lap affair recording a 13th place finish.

Weiss Posts Podium Finish at River Cities Speedway

Behind the wheel of his Derrick’s Sandblasting #7 Super Late Model, Ricky Weiss traveled River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota) on Friday night for the regular night of racing. Falling one spot in his heat race, Weiss notched a runner-up finish behind Bill Mooney. Starting in 7th for the feature, Weiss advanced four positions streaking to a 3rd place finish behind Bill Mooney and Dustin Strand with Brad Seng and Dusty Peterson rounding out the top five.
