Pair of fourth place finishes with World of Outlaws in Wisconsin

Ricky Weiss returned to action with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series on Friday night at Outagamie Speedway (Seymour, Wis.). Following the sixth fastest time in his group, Weiss scored a third place finish in his heat, which positioned him 12th on the starting grid for the opening night feature. Breaking into the Top-5, Ricky advanced through the field eight spots to place fourth behind Brandon Sheppard, Darrell Lanigan, and Nick Anvelink with Rodney Sanders coming in fifth.

The following night at Plymouth Dirt Track (Plymouth, Wis.), Ricky secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a second place finish in his heat behind Brandon Sheppard. Starting in eighth, Weiss clawed forward four spots to register a fourth place finish behind Brandon Sheppard, Jimmy Mars, and Chase Junghans with Scott Bloomquist rounding out the Top-5.
