Eighth-place finish in Peach State Classic finale at Senoia

Ricky Weiss was one of 65 Late Models entered at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Ga.) on Friday afternoon to kick off the inaugural Peach State Classic. The following night, Ricky came in second-fastest in his time trial group before placing second in his heat race. Earning the ninth-starting position for the $52,052-to-win Peach State Classic, Weiss clawed forward one position in the 75-lap affair to register an eighth-place finish.
