Sixth-place finish in doubleheader finale at Jackson

Heading north with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series, Ricky Weiss traveled to Jackson Motorplex (Jackson, Minn.) on Friday afternoon for the two-day event. On Saturday afternoon, Ricky timed in 10th fastest in his group before passing two cars in his heat race to finish third. Starting the $20,000-to-win A-Main in sixth, Weiss ran a steady pace throughout the 50-lapper to register a sixth-place finish.

Ricky sits in fourth in the latest World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series point standings.
