Weiss notches podium finish in J.T. Kerr Memorial at 411

On Saturday afternoon, Ricky Weiss visited 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) to compete with the Crate Racin’ USA for the 11th annual J.T. Kerr Memorial. (Chad Wells photo)

In a stout field of 50 cars, Weiss followed up the fastest lap in his qualifying group with a heat race win. With $10,040 on the line in the feature, Ricky carried a steady pace in the 71-lapper to finish third. He followed Jason Welshan and Cameron Weaver across the line with Cory Hedgecock and Mack McCarter rounding out the Top-5.
