Second-place finish in Butterball Woolridge Memorial at Richmond Raceway
Returning to the wheel after a few weeks off, Ricky Weiss made the trek to Richmond (Ky.) Raceway on Saturday afternoon for the Ultimate Heart of America-sanctioned Butterball Woolridge Memorial.
Stopping the clock fourth-fastest in qualifying group, Weiss picked up the checkered flag in his heat race which earned him the fourth-starting spot in the 59-lap main event. Ricky made up two spots in the $12,059-to-win feature and ran runner-up to Cory Hedgecock.
